AFC - ABSOLUTE FILTERING CEILING

AFC System combines terminal HEPA filtering H14 with high precision climate control.

The ISO cleanroom AFC air conditioners developed by NAYCH are the perfect solution for industrial applications when high precision climate control combined with an over pressure management is needed. Suitable products for pharmaceutical and medical applications as well as industrial processes in R&D, electronics, space and defense.

Filtration performance has been designed in partnership with CAMFIL, world leader in ultra-high efficiency filtration, and the NAYCH engineering team, based on their respective skills and experience.

MODULE 1 - Filtering Ceiling Terminal (FCT)

The filtering ceiling FCT ensures maximum filtration efficiency close to ultra-clean points, with a vertical airflow treated in HEPA 14 direct terminal filtration. The device is equipped with a pressure control and a variable pressure and speed fan driven by the logic controller.

The FCT module is built in a high-strength, double-skinned aluminum enclosure with reinforced insulation to guarantee maximum airtightness and excellent thermal efficiency.

MODULE 2 - Air Conditioning Wall Manager (AWM)

AWM modules can be fitted to walls and partitions from 50 to 400mm thick. These units provide air return with F7 or F9 prefiguration, depending on configuration. They are equipped with coils for heating and cooling, controlled by a precise temperature and humidity control system. The casing is made of high-strength aluminum to guarantee optimum air-tightness.

All technical maintenance and management is carried out outside the cleanroom, with the exception of the wall-mounted recovery filter.

MODULE 3 - Over Pressure Management (OPM)

This air handling unit maintains over-pressure in the cleanroom and the interlock areas, managing the supply of fresh air in terms of volume, temperature and humidity, as well as the extraction of premises air. The OPM is equipped with high-efficiency heat recovery units, thermal coils and variable-speed, variable-pressure fans.

This ultra-high-pressure unit features 4 filter stages ranging from G5 to H13.
